We had Gregorio who was an absolute gem, the drive to the site took about 50 minutes where Gregorio gave us an in depth overview of the history of DR and Haiti. He made sure to slow down at key sites to see animals, mountains and even a local town where he told us about the lives of the Dominican locals. We arrived and were taken to learn about Caçoa and Coffee, where a live demonstration was given and we got to try the Cacoa at different stages, fresh, grounded and as hot chocolate.
